I cooked something special last week, guess what, it taste exactly like herbal soup

this is the secret recipe to cook a tasteless Bah Kut Teh. Yeah, I'm sorry I ruined the reputation of a renowned Malaysian delicacy... in fact, it surely will be better if I put monosodium glutamate before hand.

tropicana, the latest shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur which located in the opposite of my balcony. The business is getting better out there after the cinema has been built.

I know there are rumors about some people in KL or Penang have been infected by H1N1 flu, but after all nobody living in KL seems to be really worrying about the flu, except i saw this mysterious girl in the main entrance of college...

i purposely gave a slight cough when walking by, as expected, she stared at me with a pair of sensitive eyes

the protest has been broken out infront of the UN office Kuala Lumpur(unfortunately the office is quite close to our college -_-) since this early morning, i dont know much about what's happening over Sri Lanka but those protestors(seems all of them are Indian) were furious shouting in a language that we cant tell (possibly Tamil). anyway, it's my first time to see protest in real life, because these type of 'unexpected group events' can rarely found in China.

张君雅小妹妹 is a well known munchies name in Taiwan, it is used to be an ordinary name for girls, but a Taiwanese TV commercial changed the destiny of all the girls who share the same name 张君雅 ...

Technically, the munchies are cololate flavor fragile cookies though the label on the back defines it as Chocolate Donut, price is 22 new Taiwan dollar.

a bowl of pearls which you can eat in the pearl milk tea, i know they look disgusting but if you know the whole process you may never try it again...

queuing to buy the Red Cliff 2 tickets. oh, as a China history fan, i watched this movie with a very relaxed mood trying to treat it as totally an nonsense so that i suffered the least afterwards....

first time to Sushi King, oh it's damn expensive. My mouth and throat and stomach are not Japanese style though.

Nabeyaki udon, the main food i orded turns out to be the most profitable udon that i have ever know. a tiny piece of beancurd, a small piece of chicken, one fried prawn, 2 pieces of crabsticks and some meaningless mushrooms cost me over RM14! I should never ordered it again, never.

Pnix chick meal , the waiter at Kenny Rogers strongly recommended their new meal to me saying it's made of different chicken and sauce, so i tried and, honestly i don't like the wired flavor. it tastes exactly the same as those cheap tomato sauce for pasta...

one friend from Shanghai recommend a restaurant in midvalley (actually the location is in the new shopping mall that next to midvalley) which named DinTaiFung(鼎泰丰). the coolest thing is the print on the back of their tissue, it says something like 'the new york times lists DinTaiFung as one of the top 10 restaurants worldwide.(1993)'

as the title indicates, this restaurant serves relatively authentic Chinese delicacies and, i have to say they have the best fried rice in Kuala Lumpur, but yummy food and comfortable environment and services cost money.

the story starts at 11:30pm when two friends and I were on the way to the new shopping mall Tropicana, Mr.A called and invited me to 1u to join the xmas count down. As Tropicana was already closed when we arrived, I accpetted his invitation and 3 minutes later he came to pick me.

as a matter of fact, we didn't see any celebration in 1U but, instead, we drove to the curve where a lot of cars paked. The time we reached the curve was 12pm, the count down was over(if it exists)

the atmosphere was a little pungent. during their crazy shotting battle, a really dog fight came out and the poor security guard couldn't do much to stop them.

as i said the other day, tropicana city mall is open now, though a lot of shops are still empty. I dropped by there this afternoon, very quite and cool and empty ... but the x'mas tree is nice, and the Santa girls are smiling nicely.

and later we arrived at uptown to have some dinner, Mr. F pointed a popular Chinese cafeteria and these are the things we ate. among all these i should highly recommend the roaster duck, it is one of the few yummy delicacy that impress me. The cafeteria is called 福建面茶餐室. really worth a try.

X'mas light-tree @ 1utama, this simple and crude (compare to past years) decoration shows a sign of bad economy, 'cause christmas is the second most important festival in this country.

rotiboy - they bake a kind of bread that smells like a mixture of soy bean sauce and butter (ok, may be im wrong with the ingredient )

time to go home,im feeling so well when the street inside the shopping mall become clean and clear at a late time

(waiting for the bus desperately)

i had an appointment with Mr. A in the fitness first, Manulife at 3pm, knowing that the bus in Malaysia never come on time, i went to the bus stop early at 2.30pm. but situation is still beyond expectation - 2 other poor guys and i were sitting there and keeping out face toward the direction that the bus will come from for 40+min.

what happened after 40min? i called Mr. A to cancell the plan and back home immediately. Who knows when will the nasty bus come -_- 凸

morning when i walked out of gate of condo, a bus appeared a few miles away and was stuck in the jam, sure i easily catch it up. There are very few people in the bus, it's not always like that, hmm, so i wonder this is a possitive sign indicating today should be my lucky day~

Christmas is far away but shopping centres like Ikano has began to decorate (sorry, i dont know where it really is, the curve or Ikano?)

under the suggestion of Mr. A, i grabbed a Chicken set from Kenny Rogers. Well, i was shocked by the size of this Rm16.70 (tax included) set.

it become a hard time for me, every coincident makes me crazy.

Saturday should be a day to hang out with good friends, but today appears not so friendly to me. There is a mysterious power that stop me from hanging out with my buddies: Mr. H is enjoying holidays in Shanghai; Mr. J and Mr. A have to accompany gf for the rest of the day; Mr. F is preparing for IELTS; Mr. R disappeared since last night; Mr. K gave me an impression that he will be very indecisive at last moment before we set off.

On the other side, Ms. Z went back to China and never heard from her; Ms. S has no intention to watch movie at all; Ms. P didn't see my sms untill 1min before i post this article; Ms. P may have many ideas for fun, but im not a clubbing creature.

Luckily, Mr. L is as free as I am, and we went to workout in the gym at uptown. But a bad news is, his gf will come to visit him from europe and stay here for 20+ days, which means i will be much more bored than what i can imagine....
